It’s a basic self-help book that provide you simple and easy steps to take to make the daily challenge of life not seem so difficult to handle.
In “Easier Than You Think…” Dr. Carlson presents some simple changes a person can make in their lives to keep it running along the proper path. These changes may be simple but when applied can make lasting and productive changes for the person. And after reading through this short little book, you’ll see that the changes really are “Easier than you think.”
I highly recommend this book if you are looking for a quick motivational read that will present you with simple yet effective changes you can make to your life to make it just a little bit easier and make the challenges of everyday life just a little easier to overcome and bear.
